Proception proMOD UHF Modulator

Part of the PROception range for the professional aerial and system installer, the proMOD1 is a simple-to-use UHF sound and vision modulator designed to produce a standard RF TV signal from audio and video inputs. Useful wherever a UHF output is needed from A/V equipment without its own modulator, the proMOD1 accepts a standard 1 volt p-p composite video signal and unbalanced line-level audio. Its output is a UK-standard UHF TV signal on a channel of the user`s choice.
The output frequency is set by means of front-panel pushbuttons and an LED channel number display. After setting, the buttons lock-out to protect against an unwanted channel change should either of the buttons be pressed accidentally. The channel setting is automatically stored and is restored at power-up. The RF output level is approximately 74 dBµV, and a standard VHF-UHF `loop-through` input is provided.
Input signal connection is by means of a SCART socket. An adapter allowing connection of RCA phono plugs is supplied with the unit.
The PROmod1 is supplied with a detailed instruction leaflet giving SCART connector details and advice on choosing a suitable output channel.
